AFFILIATED APPRAISERS is one of the oldest (EST. 1967) and is the largest full-service appraisal firm in Arkansas.
We currently produce over 500 commercial property appraisal reports annually, as well as over 500 single-family residential appraisal reports each year.
Over 15,000 appraisal reports of all types have been performed by our staff since 1985, when we first began keeping an accurate count.
Ours is a full-service firm that has experience and expertise in many types of property including but not limited to: shopping centers, office buildings, nursing homes, apartment complexes, warehouses, manufacturing buildings, homes, and vacant tracts of land.
Today, most of our staff are licensed/certified to make appraisals throughout the State of Arkansas, although Tom Ferstl, MAI, SRA is also certified to make appraisals in Texas, Missouri, and Mississippi. Other staff members are licensed in Oklahoma, Tennessee, and North Carolina.
We also have affiliates, such as Ferstl Enterprises, which engages in Court Testimony, condemnation appraisal, and tax appeals; and Arkansas Environmental Hazard Inspection Services which provides Environmental Property Assessments at an extremely reasonable fee.
The advantage of dealing with a large, full-service appraisal firm, is that due to our staff size, we are generally able to offer very speedy service at a reasonable price. Vacation times are staggered, so that someone is always available to respond promptly to your needs.
