Arkansas Environmental Hazard Inspection Service, Inc

AEHIS was incorporated on January 13, 1988 and it became the first appraiser-owned environmental assessment company in Arkansas.

It was formed to engage in and conduct a business devoted to the inspection and analysis of environmental hazards affecting real property.

Recognizing that often clients and lenders need a Phase I Assessment in conjunction with a typical real estate appraisal, Arkansas Environmental Hazard Inspection Service generally provides the inspection phase of a report at the same time that the property is being inspected for a real estate appraisal.

By performing both functions at the same point in time, costs are materially reduced, as compared to obtaining an appraisal and a property assessment from two different sources. We serve as environmental contamination consultants, environmental land consultants, and expert witnesses at trial or during arbitration hearings.

Tom M. Ferstl, currently holds the EAC designation (Environmental Assessment Consultant) from the NATIONAL SOCIETY of ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTANTS.

Additionally, we have staff-members who are current on their continuing education in the areas of Asbestos Inspection and Lead Inspection.
